TERM 2

Week 1-2:

  • Technique: Arm drag to the back

  • Drills: Arm drag to the back, back take with hooks

  • Submission: Rear naked choke

Week 3-4:

  • Warm-up: Running drills, jumping jacks, sprawls, and shot drills

  • Technique: Double leg takedown

  • Drills: Double leg takedown, sprawl to double leg

  • Submission: Guillotine choke

Week 5-6:

  • Warm-up: Running drills, jumping jacks, sprawls, and pummeling drills

  • Technique: Single leg takedown

  • Drills: Single leg takedown, sprawl to single leg

  • Submission: Armbar from guard

Week 7-8:

  • Warm-up: Running drills, jumping jacks, sprawls, and wrestling drills

  • Technique: Ankle pick takedown

  • Drills: Ankle pick takedown, sprawl to ankle pick

  • Submission: Kimura from side control

Week 9-10:

  • Warm-up: Running drills, jumping jacks, sprawls, and takedown drills

  • Technique: Snap down to front headlock

  • Drills: Snap down to front headlock, front headlock to takedown

  • Submission: D'arce choke

Week 15-16:
